Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within an estimated 4 - 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location, postal service delays, and more. Once a package has been shipped, Joyful Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

 U.S. territories can check out through our website and select their preferred shipping method. Orders are typically processed in 4-5 business days and shipped within an estimated 7-10 business days. This also includes shipping via Parcel Post to APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions, please contact our team at customerservice@joyfulessenceluxurydecor.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. Please note most of our products are carefully hand-crafted and no two items will be identical. Products may vary slightly in color and finish. If something arrives broken or damaged, send us an email at customerservice@joyfulessenceluxurydecor.com that includes your order number and we'll do our best to get you a replacement and have you sorted out in a timely manner. In the event the same item is no longer available, we will be more than happy to provide a full refund.
